We are in the process of establishing a climate nonprofit - Plus Climate - dedicated to mitigation and adaptation strategies for large urban areas in the US. Our board is diverse in race, gender, and military service, and are all very strong colleagues of our executive director, Jay Taparia.

Our mission is to assemble a team of subcontractors equipped with climate technologies and solutions tailored for urban adaptation and mitigation. By bidding on projects in urban areas and leveraging our climate policy forecast and technology database, we aim to address the urgent challenges posed by climate change through climate tech innovations. We believe that if action isn’t taken, the effects of climate change will become irreversible by 2027. Our technology vendors will collaborate to provide effective solutions for adaptation and survival of urban areas. Plus Climate will serve as a financial and project manager for government contracts. 

We have access to thousands of technologies that can help make cities smarter and better equipped to handle increasingly volatile climates.

We look forward to partnering with other climate organizations as a fractional CFO and a center of influence to amplify our collective impact and prepare for the environmental challenges ahead!
